Returns: 

30 Day Return Policy:

We accept returns with full refunds within 30 days of purchase as long as it was purchased directly from www.melodrip.co site, the item is in working condition and in your possession. 

Shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

1 Year Replacement Policy:

If you have any issues with your opened used product, and your product is still within 1 Year of purchase, please contact us at info@melodrip.co with images and details and once we verify the issue, we will replace your Melodrip or Colum Minidripper for free. This does not include broken glass or metal products that were dropped or destroyed due to user error. Customer pays for shipping of the replacement product.

To complete your Return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For international customer returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Customers outside of USA:

For international customers, when purchasing standard shipping with minimal tracking such as USPS First Class Mail International, expect minimal tracking. Once the item has left the USA we are not able to track or resolve issues regarding delays or customs. If your item has reached your country it is likely in transit and may take up to one to two weeks to be delivered. If there are no deliveries or updates within this time, we encourage you to contact your local post for possible customs issues.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
