Shipping and Returns

Q:How often do you ship?

A: We will ship out all orders within 2-3 business days. (Due to COVID 19 restrictions in certain regions, there may be service delays that our outside of our control)

Q: What if my package is lost?

We refund 100% of your payment. Any package that doesn't reach you or doesn't turn up within 30 days will be considered lost, and we will return your payment including shipping.

Q: What if I'm not fully enjoying my product?

A: No questions asked, 100% full refund! We'll send you a return label and we'll take it off your hands.

Q: What if my melodrip is damaged or becomes unusable?

A: Once a customer, always a customer. We replace all melodrip damages for free (Unfortunately not used+broken glass sticks:(). Just send us an email with a picture of the issue so we can show our quality team and we'll send you a new melodrip.
